Which GPU? Saphire 5850 1GB or 6950 2gb edition?

Agreed the 6950 a seriously powerful card but they need a costly psu, (quality 600w) The 5850 is still a very good buy if on a budget and better than a Geforce 460 and will run on a 450w psu.
