Help i have pain in chest when eating hot food.?

Sometimes when i eat hot food, not spicy hot but oven hot ill get this terrible pain in my chest that feels like a heart attack. The pain will last about 6 seconds and then ill be ok. Ill only get this once during the meal which is usually in the first 3 bites and then im ok. Again ill probably get this pain once every 3 meals. I never get this with snacks and cold food. Im 15 years old male and my mother does have a heart problem. Please help as i dont really want to go to the doctor but i do fear what i might have.
