Low profile graphics card for OPTiPLEX GX 620?

Need a new graphics card (to play CRYSIS), but as my computers the mid size model, it has to be low profile. Doesn't have to play it on high settings, just has to play it (low, medium, whatever.) Any help would be appreciated a lot thanks. (Dell, I know, ugh.)
