sorry this is so random. i'm 13 and my 14 y.o. brother punched me HARD in the boob today. it's not the first time he's done it, and in the past my mom's grounded him and stuff like that. this time, though, she said she would take away his iPod for one day OR i could hit him in the balls. it's my choice. my sister said i should go for the balls, but i don't know what shoes to wear or how to position him for it (i don't have to do a sneak attack, he's gotta just take it - standing up, kneeling, etc.). so what are ur ideas? help me out, girls!!!

What happened to me!?

this has happened to me before. if it happened when you stood up then you just got up too fast. i call it the "flashbang effect" because you get dizzy, a slight ringing in your ear, and you go blind for a few seconds. i wouldnt worry too much about it unless it lasts longer than 30 seconds

Sounds ok to me, be sure to look at the label before eating, make sure it doesn't contain to much fat, the key to showing your abs is to reduce fat, therefore eating healthy as you know.. Just try to stay away from fats as much as possible.

What's a really good anime that I should watch?

Just to say, I LOVE all those animes as well. It's hard to recommend you one I've seen because you've seen more than me. I've heard that Durarara!! is a pretty good one. I also like Black Butler or Kuroshitjusu I believe. From this list I don't think you'd like Vampire Knight or Bamboo Blade. Or any other school ones like Special A. I don't know if you'd consider trying the anime GA: Geitjusuka Art and Design Class. It's a very humorous 'slice of life' anime and it's only in English Subs. I don't know what else I can recommend however. Hope this helps?
