Please help I don't understand this dream?

Please I need someone who really can help shed some light on this dream. In the dream my boyfriend had a little jewelry box in his hand and when he opened it out came a engagement ring the ring was green, it had diamonds all over it. But it was a real ring but it was just all green. He was kneeling down on one knee to ask me to marry him. Please someone who truly can help what does a green ring mean. Please I need someone with common sense.
