Easy 10 Points Just For Answering This? WOW! ?

I am 4"11 and finished 6th grade. By the time summer is over snd I start 7th grade, I want to be atleadt 5"3. I read this news article about this girl who grew 1 meter in ne year, but I forget how, it was on CNN. How can I grow? To get 10 points you have to answer fully, list excercise or whatever, and what nutrians to take. All calcium meal? Thanks!
