Do i have hiatus hernia or something?! help !!?

ok right long story so i'll try to put it shortly, and try to make it the least amount confusing as possible !! i have relatively bad posture (due to heavy boobs haha), i don't chew my food very well, i was really drunk 2 nights ago, i smoke, i've recently been making myself sick after meals, and yesterday night i took a pill without water it didn't go down properly and ever since i have been in such pain !! whenever i eat, drink or burp... i've no clue what set it off... my mum thinks it hiatus hernia but i'm freaking out like could it be throat cancer or could something be jammed in there or something? i can't go to the doctors alone.. so please don't state the obvious and say that.. :)
