Can someone pretty please help me with a diet plan (I'm a teen$?

so recently I've gained a bit of weight around my thighs and stomach (im still considered skinny though) and holidays are comming up so I want to be back in shape by school time. I'm going to go to the gym just about every second day for two weeks, now I just need a food plan. I have my breakfast lunches and dinners planned out I just need to know what I could eat in between these main meals. thankyou! xx
