Ive never farted in front of anyone now i cant stop im 21 now so its really embarassing how do i stop?

i have this farting problem that has been bothering me a lot. ive been going through this for about 2 yrs now. i dont know what to do its embarassing honestly and doctors left me with no answers. ive tried beano gx all that but nothing works. n e suggustions
