this has happened to me before. if it happened when you stood up then you just got up too fast. i call it the "flashbang effect" because you get dizzy, a slight ringing in your ear, and you go blind for a few seconds. i wouldnt worry too much about it unless it lasts longer than 30 seconds

Just to say, I LOVE all those animes as well. It's hard to recommend you one I've seen because you've seen more than me. I've heard that Durarara!! is a pretty good one. I also like Black Butler or Kuroshitjusu I believe. From this list I don't think you'd like Vampire Knight or Bamboo Blade. Or any other school ones like Special A. I don't know if you'd consider trying the anime GA: Geitjusuka Art and Design Class. It's a very humorous 'slice of life' anime and it's only in English Subs. What kind of meal plan did you have your 8 month old on?

My daughter will be 8 months on Thursday, and she's still pretty much exclusively breastfed. I give her a jar of food maybe four days a week, and we give her mum-mums to snack on because she's teething and she loooves chewing on them. We also share our food with her depending on what we are eating, but only small amounts. It hit us the other day that she will be a year old in four months, and I feel like I need to start getting her on an eating schedule to start the weaning process. I plan on weaning when she is a year old, but its getting so close...I may end up going longer. She still nurses about 10 times a day, which I'm fine with....but I want to put more foods in her diet. But I have no idea how much I should be feeding her? My best friend just told me that when her son was 8 months, he was only nursing three times a day...and eating jar food for breakfast lunch and dinner...up to 10 jars a day. Seems like a ton of food to me lol. Can you all give me an idea of what kind of meal plan you had your baby on at this age? Thanks!

Newly almost built PC turns on and then back off?

Some Mobo's will not boot without a HDD in place... you will also need to get your cd/dvd drive in so you can boot it with your Mobo's system disk to set up your BIOS settings. You really shouldn't even try to power-up until you have everything in place and secured. Is anything wrong... at this point I would say probably not... get the rest of it together and put the mobo disk in and boot it, then we could know more.

What fun outdoor activity's can i do in a fenced-in yard?

I have a fenced in yard and a large driveway that I draw on with chalk all the time, but in the summer the driveway gets too hot to kneel on and I don't really have any other outdoor toys and we have no trees for climbing, no bushes to hide in, and it slopes downward and then just drops because of a hole, so we can't play soccer and I have no one to play tennis, badminton, or baseball with. How do I know what to eat, how much and the right amount of exercise?

I have been struggling with my weight for years now. I always start exercising and do it for one and am unable to move the next day. I eat late at night often. I want to become a vegetarian so that I can lose weight sooner. I normally eat big meals and never any breakfast cuz a coffee with cream and 3 sugars. How can I keep myself motivated? I weigh 210lbs and am 5'10 in height. I do not exercise at all basically and when I do it I am usually too sore the next day. Way I try to exercise are walking swimming and rollerblading. I need to build endurance so I can exercise regularly without getting so sore. I am trying to quit smoking as well. I want to be fit without joining a gym. So far I k ow 3500 calories =1 lb ... I can't even do any workouts without being out of breath... 10 PTs for best answer and my main problem is my stomach is like a michelin tire ... I feel terrible

What do these symptoms sound like?

So I understand that to get a definitive answer I need to go to a doctor but I'm hoping to get at least some kind of idea what's going on. I'm a 21 year old, usually healthy female. For a little over a week I have been sick. I had a hangover 9 days ago and I got MUCH sicker than I should have (Granted I felt a little sick two days before). I've been feeling weak, slightly sick to my stomach and tired ever since. I usually have a pretty good appetite all day but lately I've had NO appetite and I have to force myself to eat at least a meal a day. Every time I drink soda, sweet tea or eat a heavy meal I get really sick to my stomach and have to run to the bathroom. Any ideas what is going on here? I've been watching yugioh since I was five or six but out of them all I personally prefer 5d's because of the way the plot dealt with poverty and moving up in the world. In Yugioh and Yugioh GX shows the main character never lose and ALWAY win even in impossible situation that no person can win. And it kinda fake. Sometime I want the main character to loss( I no they do loss like 1 or 2 but they should lose more and in tight spots) in yugioh show because they alway win. For example Yugi, Jaden not really Yusei but mainly Yugi and Jaden always draw the right cards and NEVER loss even in impossible situation that no person could not win. I was once in a tough spot and I needed to draw a good card to save myself and I said said believe in the heart of the cards (It work like 20% sometime but not like the way Yugi and Jaden does it all the time like 100%) and guess what, it was a lie and I drew a monster I could not summon it or deafened myself and he finish me. What is causing my knee to lock up?

If I cross my legs a certain way or go from kneeling to sitting with my legs folded up next to me on one side, it causes my right knee to twist in a way that locks it up and will barely move. It is extremely painful, and trying to untwist my knee has at times literally brought me to tears. When it moves back into place, I see what appears to be a large ligament move and my knee pops, then everything is okay again. What could be causing this? Yep you should be fine with this setup, however if you are going with an AMD processor, I would recommend going with a video card in the Radeon series rather than the GTX 460. It will still work fine, but since AMD manufactures both the Phenom processors and the GPU's in the Radeon cards, they might work a little better together.

Okay, I just finished my freshman year at high school, and the first day of school that year, I immediately started crushing on this guy- like MAJOR-ly. I'm one of those girls that will like a guy until I don't see him anymore- yeah I know, it's weird. I haven't stopped liking him... and I think he MAY like me.... Lol the first day of school, our Advisement Professor asked us what our goals were for that year, and he said (outloud) "My goal is to get with that blonde girl in the front row" and I looked around and I was the only blonde in the front row... How do i let my betta know it's feeding time?

I have one veiltail betta, and I used to keep him in a tiny betta bowl. After doing my research and observation, I realized that was a horrible idea and I transferred him into a ten gallon aquarium. However, he hasn't eaten either of the two meals I've tried to feed him since. I skipped two meals the day I transferred him, so it's not that he needs time to adjust. I think the problem is that he doesn't know that I'm trying to feed him. When he was in a betta bowl, there was no way he'd be stupid enough to not know, because it was so tiny he couldn't have missed the food floating above his head. However, in a ten gallon tank with a filter going, when i drop the food in the filter pushes it out into the tank and with all that space he probably doesn't see it. I tried turning off the filter for feeding time, but he still didn't swim up to eat. How do i let him know when feeding time is?

I had a dream about a golden angel?

I ran through some door that lead me to the other side of some place. I don’t know how I got there. I was originally chasing after some guy who used blasphemy against God but it looked like I was in another dimension…On this side I could see the man become a dark creature or a demon. He was about to be punished for what he had said by being bounded and hanged. Well I saw a noose heading our way but it wasn’t used yet. The background had two sides: a side that looked like hell, which the demon was heading for & a side that looked like heaven. Then it looked like I was in between the divide and it looked like swirling spiraling clouds. From the heaven side came these very tall golden figures. There were 3 of them & I called them angels. But they didn’t look like the typical angels that you see on television. They were golden, very great in height, almost skinless and very radiant. The demon had looked like a real demon too. Nothing like on TV either. Very grotesque and full of hatred. Its back was hunched and it was black. I didn’t look at it much. But in a way the angels looked like aliens, thought the were not. The head angel approached me & I become afraid. I thought that I did something bad & would die, if I already wasn’t dead. It told me that the presence of God was here and I should bow down. So I did. Then it asked me why I followed the man to where I was, where ever that was. I was confused why it wouldn’t know but I figured it was testing me so I told it because the man or thing said a blasphemy against God & I didn’t want it to get away with it. The angel told me to kneel and look at him. Then it said, because of actions like this you will enter the kingdom of heaven & something else about God being pleased or something. Then it told me not to be afraid then touched my face with both of its giant hands and did something to my body through a light. Then I was allowed to leave wherever I was and went back into my dream. I don’t know what it did. Maybe it healed something? I don’t know.

Vegetarian help - want to become healthy?

It is extremely easy to become vegan or vegetarian... The thing is you just have to do it. Like tomorrow just say I am cutting out meat forever. You will find food to eat.. It is quite simply. But if you prolong it you wil just stay addicted to animal products.. It is easier to pull off the band aid.. And after I became vegetarian, I noticed that I had stopped drinking soda completely, which shocked me because I used to drink sodas like no other, but then I couldn't stand carbonated drinks anymore.

I used to take Myoplex three times a day and have real meals three times a day when I was doing Body4life. I liked the fact that I didnt have to prepare so many meals every day. Can I use Shakeology three times a day or is there a limit on how much per day, week, etc? And does the amount of Shakeology change at all when you enter the different phases of P90x? Idk it could be possible that your CPu is overheating if you have it overclocked but idk for sure. GO to properties and delete the drivers then add the one that worked b4 from a download on Cnet or from the cd that came with it and dont update them.

Losing weight in 2 months?

I'm 59 kg (130 pounds) and want to be 50kg (lose 20 pounds) within 2 months. I ate relatively well (although room for improvement), dance for 1 - 1.5 hours (on thursdays), for 4.5 hours on saturday, and I usually use the exercise bike most days, and I also do clinical pilates on Wednesday's for about 50-60 minutes. Any meal plans, diet suggestions/tips or references to any weight loss information that would work for a teenager would be greatly appreciated. I've found weight loss is really hard for me and desperately need that extra help! I want to lose it naturally and safely though, so I look healthy and fit.

When your knee is inflamed are there meant to be bruises?

How do I help my pup overcome a fear of large dogs?

I have a 4 and a half month old corgi pup and yesterday I took her to the dog park for the first time. My boyfriend and I practiced come and off leash walking. Now she leaves with a large Labrador and my bf's parents have an over sized border collie with both she is fine with and i thought she would be fine around other dogs but when two shepherds (German and a large mix) approached her yesterday she flipped out and started yelping. I knelt down and sat her on my knee and their level and patted them to showed her that they weren't gunna hurt her but as soon as I walked off she was still terrified. How to I help her with this? I don't want her running away from bigger dogs her whole life!

9 year olds still throwing tantrums--how do you deal with it?

when you said she has tantrums about 3 times a day I say she is spoiled and being popular at school makes her even worse. When she try's to beat you and your sister you must take control by gabbing her and forcing her down on something soft like a bed and say as calm as you can that you will not tolerate this and be as sweet as possible to her. If she try's kicking you and all after you do this then just walk away with your other sister and stay away from the one with the tantrum. This way she will calm down eventually. And if she gets mad about the food taking to long then finish that up and give it to her polity after she calms down. Eventually she will learn so don't be to worried.

Hi, when I played Yu-Gi-Oh! on the GBA, I followed the "World Championship" games up until 2007 when they released it for the DS. I'm pretty sure the last game to come out for the GBA with the most recent cards (from GX at that time, so there are still a lot of cards out now that are not in that game) was Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2006. If you have a DS, your best bet would be to get the latest World Championship game for it which is World Championship 2011. The more recent the game, the more cards there will be in it of course. Hope this helps!

I take aloe vera capsules everyday, and it's helped me SO much. They help break down the food before it reaches the small intestine, and prevent a reaction. Soda can be a big culprit. A girl I work with who had IBS symptoms had her life literally turn around 3 months ago when she stopped drinking the stuff. And it's time to start experimenting. Like, maybe going one day without any processed sugars, one day without red meat, one day without (fill in the blank, suspect-food) and see how you feel. Recipe wise, there's TONS out there on the web. Lots of�specialty�blogs catered to IBS-safe recipes, gluten-free, etc. And I love Epicurious and Allrecipes for ideas. Good luck!

Dont shorten your food intake. You need at least 2500 calories a day. My suggestion is dont eat three big meals but six small ones. It will keep your metabolism going all day which in turn will help with weight loss. Keep drinking water throughout the day. Eat about once every 3-4 hours. Hope this helps.

Hi,I used to be overweight (weighed about 160 lbs) when I was 14 my height is 5,10. I started dieting when I was 14 and a half years old because everybody at school bullied me, called me names, and obviously wanted a girlfriend . Knee pain when bending & kneeling?

I have a 4 month old baby & about a month or so ago I started easing back into exercising. I started off slow & now I'm doing about 45 mins. 5-6 days a week. I was in good shape before but did gain 40 lbs. (I have about 10 left now). Anyways, I'm doing 15 mins of running on the treadmill & 10 mins. of incline walking followed by 20 mins. of weights & band exercises about 2-3x a week & the other days I do cardio & strength training videos. I've noticed lately that my knees have been hurting only when I bend or kneel. It almost feels like they're stiff. So I'm not if it's from the running cause my body isn't used to it & maybe the extra weight doesn't help or if it's even from all the kneeling I'm doing changing my son's diapers? I don't feel like I'm overexercising at all or overdoing it. I used to exercise a lot before! Any tips?

Chondromalacia syndome, anyone help?

okay so about a year ago I got diagnosed with chondramalacia patellae syndrome and got reffered to physio. I did this for a few months and it started getting better so they discharged me. In the last few weeks my knee's started getting worse again and the physio doesn't seem to be helping anymore. It hurts to straighten or bend my knee completely and kneeling is impossible coz of the pain. I'm trying to stay off it as much as possible but some things i can't avoid like college. I am a vegetarian (2 years) and I just stopped eating junk food totally, drinking mostly water, no soda, and I didn't really eat sweets before so that's not a problem since I don't crave it. I can do 43 push ups in a minute and 58 sit ups. I also play zumba on the wii sometimes, and I have been lifting weights since September but it has only gained me muscle, I want to go to a gym again and also take krav maga classes. I don't really eat snacks during the day, as in I dont get hungry. I eat three meals a day and I'm full. I have a small stomach. Help i have pain in chest when eating hot food.?

I have had cracking sound in my knees when i bend them for about ten years now. Some Mobo's will not boot without a HDD in place... you will also need to get your cd/dvd drive in so you can boot it with your Mobo's system disk to set up your BIOS settings. You really shouldn't even try to power-up until you have everything in place and secured. Is anything wrong... at this point I would say probably not... get the rest of it together and put the mobo disk in and boot it, then we could know more.

As a former Catholic, I first will say I FULLY understand Catholism so no Catholic needs to say "well you don't know". Anyway the religiousity around Mary is my question. If you feel the Holy Bible is God's word and at the end Revelation it gives a stern warning about adding or changing anything in this book, why do you then follow the Catechism? Read the 4 Gospels again from start to finish, every word. I do not see ONE command from Jesus saying we are to pray to Mary, however He says to worship the Lord your Father with all your heart, mind, and soul. I do not see Jesus setting up Mary as the queen of Heaven either as your intercessor. So ask yourself who did this? God or man? The Catholic same response on here is "well we pray to Mary because we are asking her to pray for us" "we do not worship her", etc. Yet, Catholics will go to church this weekend at some of your churches, kneel at her statue, light a candle, etc. Worship or not? Hmmm. They will then say the "rosary", where they plead with Mary to hear their prayers. Praying to her as she is a God or not? Where is Jesus in the Catholic church? Is He just a son of Mary to you or to God?

How to fix wii settings black screen?

My wii has a version of 4.3u and when I go to the wii settings, the music fades and there goes a black screen, but the wii is still on. How can I solve this problem? After I installed a custom theme throgh the MyMenuify, the wii settings screen goes black, but everything else seems to be ok. Anyway, we were eating dinner and the Father in the middle of our dinner said that he needed to talk to me before I went home. My gf looked embarrassed when her dad said that. So after we finish our dinner I go into the living room and her dad started giving me tips about how to eat properly. He criticized the fact that I had my elbows on the table, didn't chew properly, didn't set the fork and spoon correctly, and pushed my meal away after I was finished. He said if I wanted to be his daughter's boyfriend then I needed to have better table manners and etiquette. I was so appalled by him that I just said thank you for the tips and goodnight.
