Hacking Nintendo WII to play games from a hard-drive?

A couple of years ago my friend had hacked my wii so i could play games from a hard-drive. Unfortunately I was stupid enough to update the wii system and it erased the stuff needed. Now I am trying again to hack it. I got as far as installing the Homebrew Channel to my wii. I also still installed the USB LOADER GX on my wii from the first time it was hacked. I also think all the games that were on the hard-drive were erased because i dont see them when i hook up the hard-drive to my computer. I was wondering if there is anything else that I need to download in order to make the games work, and where can i download the games (like any download site ei;piratesbay, or isohunt works?)
